About Resilient Journey Counselling
Rooted in connection. Grounded in compassion.
At Resilient Journey Counselling, we believe that healing happens in relationship - when you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, parenting struggles, or relationship conflict, our goal is to walk alongside you with warmth, professionalism, and hope.
Based in Mountain View County, we offer both in-person counselling in Sundre and virtual therapy throughout Alberta.

Meet Lynda Burgess, Registered Psychologist
Founder of Resilient Journey Counselling
Helping others has always felt natural for me. Whether offering a listening ear or sitting with someone through a difficult season, I’ve long been drawn to supporting people through life’s challenges.
I created Resilient Journey Counselling to be a welcoming, grounded space where healing can begin. My role as a psychologist is to help you reconnect with your own resilience, not just to reduce symptoms, but to rediscover clarity, strength, and connection.
